We loved how the indoor and outdoor living spaces were interconnected and truly that is what makes this house quite special. Dicle and Trisha were super hosts who were not only thoughtful but also flexible and kind hosts. We only wished we could have stayed longer but surely plan to return!"

"We were looking for a unique property to stay in with our daughter and her family while attending our son’s wedding nearby. This gorgeous MCM Eichler home most definitely delivered. The blending of the outdoors with the interior space gave it a distinctive, welcoming feel. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The backyard itself was amazing - the pool provided hours of entertainment for our grandchildren, and the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi next to the fire pit most evenings. Dicle and Trisha were extremely responsive hosts, and even sent a list of helpful recommendations prior to our stay. Would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!"

"This home is like living in a structure of art. It’s an Eichler. That’s worth getting to know. He was a mid-century builder with an incredible design style incorporating a central exterior courtyard with floor to ceiling glass, an open living room dining room that looks out at the pool and spa/jacuzzi. There is an outdoor grill kitchen. The pool and backyard back up to a large hill that is all conservation land. The landscaping includes flowering plantings that provide privacy from the neighbors. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful modern appliances as well as every dish, cookware or utensil you could need and plenty of spices and even condiments in the refrigerator. We were six and we hosted some nearby relatives and had a grilled and cooked feast. Dicle and Trisha are wonderful hosts and very responsive. The neighborhood is suburban and walkable. This home is well worth the price and convenient from LA. I wish we could have stayed longer!"

We love the area, walking the neighborhood, and Thousand Oaks is peaceful and serine. Dicle and co host Trisha are as good of hosts as it gets. Always responsive in minutes. We plan to keep staying at Dicle’s home over and over as we take trips down to Southern CA. Highly recommend!"
